AST21X and AST22X SPRINGCON THR Compact Terminal Blocks

Introducing the AST21X (vertical orientation) and AST22X (horizontal orientation) series of THR compatible, spring type terminal blocks.

Integrating our unique SPRINGCON technology in a RoHS compliant, reflow compatible housing, the AST21X and AST22X are perfect for use in today's lead-free reflow environments. At just over half an inch tall and a third of an inch deep, these dual solder pin components are both compact and rugged. The components are able to accommodate wires up to 16 AWG, and are rated for 12A operation. Tool-less operation is achieved with the use of solid wire. The AST21X and AST22X series are available in 3.5mm and 5.0mm and are capable of withstanding sustained temperatures of 290 degrees Celsius for well over a minute. UL and VDE approvals are pending.
